Every person and place has it own story. But not everyone can tell a story effectively and memorably. The difference between a good story and a great story lies in the craft of storytelling.
Technology has made it easier to film and edit video. At the core of every content should be a great story. A strong start. An obstacle. A resolution. Without a good story, it's just noise.
I’ve turned people and organization’s experiences into narratives. Then turning those narratives into videos, motion graphics, multimedia projects or interactive websites.
Having worked in a fast-paced daily newsroom for years, I work efficiently, accurately and ethically.
TEACHING & CONSULTING
I teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in journalism field reporting, writing, filming, and video editing. I've ran workshops for organizations on principles of storytelling and how to produce their own photo and video content.
